Returns & Refunds

At Mojo Performance and Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns made on our website.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

You can return full price merchandise within 45 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. 

All items over 40% Off have a return window of seven (7) days (must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the delivery), any items returned after seven days will not be refunded. 

All clearance item sales are final. With these items, there are no returns or exchanges. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.

What can I return?

Sale items that are unworn, original condition garments with tags can be returned within 45 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number.

What is the return cost?

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product with the same product in another color or size, then Mojo Performance and Lifestyle will issue one free return label per order.

Refunds: If you would like a refund, then Mojo Performance and Lifestyle will email a return label to you with the cost of the return label deducted from your refunded amount.

If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Mojo Performance and Lifestyle that were not purchased from www.wearyourmojo.com cannot be processed. If you purchased a Mojo Performance and Lifestyle product from one of our retail partners, please return the item to the store of purchase for assistance. 

How can I exchange?

Exchanges can be made within 45 days of the invoice date. Exchange items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Any item exchanged must be exchanged for the same product, but can be a different color or size.

What if my shipment is damaged?

We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
